Are you an experienced administrator seeking your next opportunity? Our client is looking for a temporary ongoing Administrator to join their team. They are a family owned business within the construction and excavation industry. Located South East of Melbourne, they are looking for reliable, hard working Office Administrators to support the business on an ongoing basis 3-4 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Applicants should have experience in supporting a business with day to day administrative tasks including but not exclusive to:
- Use of internal CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
- Council permit application management
- Rostering and managing job flow
- Email correspondence and customer first point of contact via phone
- Fleet Management and updating CRM
- General Ad-hoc duties including mail and filing
- Kitchen restock and day to day tidying of office
What you will bring to the role:
If you have the above skill and experience and have experience working within a similar industry ,we want to hear from you! The client is looking for someone who is available, yet flexible in hours worked each week, has an understanding of the construction industry and experience working in an administrative and customer service based role.
