My Aged Care industry client has a fantastic full time opportunity for an experienced QSE (Quality, Safety and Education) Administrator to join their Learning & Development team based in Woodville. Reporting to the Director Quality, Safety and Education, the ideal candidate is responsible for supporting this team to achieve timely and accurate processing of L&D data as well as meeting all compliance requirements. This is achieved by delivering excellent customer service, and by ensuring the integrity of data processed and by ensuring it is compliant with all the appropriate agreements, policies and procedures utilised within this department. Key Responsibilities Include:
Communicate with program participants and instructors to confirm attendance and ensure timely and accurate delivery of program materials
Assist in the preparation of learning and development program materials, including PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and other support material
Liaises with a wide range of external contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient and smooth running of L&D administration
Enables the execution of L&D strategies by supporting the delivery of training programs at all levels of the organisation

Maintain the learning and development calendar and related schedules, ensuring that all deadlines and timelines are met
Monitor and maintain L&D program records, including participant information, program evaluations, and feedback from instructors and participants

Provide support to the Learning and Development team as needed.
Ideally you will have:
A Demonstrated ability to perform end to end and accurate learning and development processing of over 600 permanent and casual employees, including but not limited to the skills required for:
Allocating e-training
Scheduling 3 party training facilitators
Other processes usually identified as L&D
Identifying continuing improvement processes
The ability to prepare and run reports across multiple digital systems
Communication skills to facilitate positive liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Time and prioritisation skills
Collaboration skills
Continuous professional development
Continuous self-development
