Your new company A very exciting Administration Officer role within a main Water Board is needed to commence immediately, on a 4-month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend. Located in the beautiful area of Latrobe Valley, the role of Administration Officer will be to provide a range of efficient administrative support and further support the management and wider team within the business.
You will be responsible for the following:
Support and coordinate training sessions requirements
Review and manage sensitive documentation
General administrative support
Liaising with internal and external contractors and stakeholders
Other Ad-hoc duties as required What you'll need to succeed:
Extensive administration experience within a busy environment
Excellent time management, organisation skills and attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills
High standards of professional verbal and written communication
Ability to work autonomously
