The Role & Project
The M80 Ring Road Alliance (comprising of MACA, Acciona and AECOM) has been selected to design and construct the M80 Ring Road Completion Project. We are seeking to appoint an Administrator to join our Spoils and Logistics team based at our Bundoora site office and warehouse. This position will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data and invoices for the Spoil and Logistics Team.
This package of works covers the design and construction of the North East Link between the M80 - Plenty Rd interchange, and the north tunnel entrance at Watsonia. Works include three kilometres of new freeway, two kilometres of freeway upgrades, construction of retaining walls and bridge structures, rail interface works, intelligent transport systems, and urban design and landscaping. This diverse and challenging project will be complete in 2028.

Responsibilities will include:
- Processing of invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Data entry, including maintenance of the projects spoil tracker
- Building strong relationships with contractors and the project team
- Playing an integral role in Plant and Truck commissioning/onboarding in line with project specifications and program deadlines
- Becoming an expert in project systems (3D safety, Damstra and Linkedsite) and be a reference point for Contractors and the internal team
- Implementing and maintaining procedures to achieve high performance in safety, quality and environment
- Dealing with phone and email queries and liaising with suppliers and contractors
We are looking for:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to problem solve
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and good customer service skills
- Previous experience in Construction environment, preferred but not essential
