Administrator

Permanent, fulltime position for an Administrator North-East of Perth. Attractive salary and parking available. A wide scope of responsibilities are included in this role to allow for growth and development in this supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls from internal and external parties professionally
• Greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide administrative assistance to all key internal and external stakeholders as required
• Scan, file and copy relevant administrative documents, both physical and digital
• Manage the company's Administration email inbox efficiently and direct emails to relevant stakeholders as required
• Ensure that all employees' information and training records within internal databases are kept up-to-date and confidential

Key Requirements:

• Full Australian work rights
• Previous experience in a reception/administrative role
• Skills using Outlook, Word, Excel and other MS suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organisation, attention to detail and eagerness to learn
