Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls from internal and external parties professionally
- Greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide administrative assistance to all key internal and external stakeholders as required
- Scan, file and copy relevant administrative documents, both physical and digital
- Manage the company's Administration email inbox efficiently and direct emails to relevant stakeholders as required
- Ensure that all employees' information and training records within internal databases are kept up-to-date and confidential
- Full Australian work rights
- Previous experience in a reception/administrative role
- Skills using Outlook, Word, Excel and other MS suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organisation, attention to detail and eagerness to learn
