Supporting the Community Manager and Direct Manager as required within the framework of CV Mission and CV Vision statement, by carrying out the daily duties of Community Specialist.
Specific Responsibilities
To assist in the maintenance and development of CVs Direct digital assets including bots, websites, and online platforms.
- To liaise with stakeholders and CV teams and assist with bot operations.
- To assist the Community Manager to maintain, organise and implement engagement and response with community tools.
- To follow and adhere to relevant privacy requirements in all aspects of the role.
- To join online meetings as required.
- To assist in building positive relationships with stakeholders, key influencers, ministry leaders, and organisations.
- Maintain a high quality of interpersonal communication at all times.
- Assist the Direct Manager with language tasks for the 500 languages project.
- Meet with language stakeholders to get feedback on language models.
- Maintain operation spreadsheets of qualified AI models.
- Maintain a high degree of communication between CV Direct manager and stakeholders.
- Manage schedules and resources to achieve required outcomes according to deadlines.

Essential Skills / Experience / Education
- To demonstrate an understanding of the Christian ethos.
- High-level written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group across all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contribute to and encourage a culture of teamwork and service delivery.
- Ability to think and act creatively, problem solve and develop strategic and operational plans.
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- To be able to demonstrate and have experience in detail oriented tasks.
- Experience working with internationally based organisations would be an advantage.
