Administrator - Construction Industry

Great opportunity for an Administrator with Construction Industry experience to secure an interesting, varied role with a leading home builder

TEN Recruitment are working with one of Perth’s leading residential home builders now have a new opportunity for an Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a friendly, professional and experienced Administrator to join a well known and reputable company. This is a varied and interesting role, supporting many areas of the business.
This is a full-time permanent position, based in Osborne Park.
Your new role would see you:

• Complete a range of administration duties
• Support Managers with various admin tasks as required
• Attend meetings and take minutes
• Prepare, organise and distribute notes and fields as required
• Data entry tasks as required
• Enter scan and save documentation into the system
• Assist various teams in the business as required including bookings, communicating and preparing quotes
• Relief reception duties and meeting and greeting visitors as required

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in administration roles
• Demonstrated IT competency
• Accurate typing and data entry skills
• Qualification in administration (preferred)
• Construction industry experience (ideal)
• Organised, with excellent time management skills
• Professional and well presented
• Excellent face to face, telephone and written communication skills
