About the role:
The Administrator, Faculty Operations is responsible for organising the successful on-boarding and providing client support services within the relevant department, and in line with project requirements. This includes providing a range of support that ensures the engagement of students and maintaining compliance in line with project requirements.
The role works closely with BHI employees across a range of student services, ensuring that students are provided with the support required to achieve program completion and successful outcomes.
This role sits within the relevant faculty and is a key interface between the project and the faculty to ensure the successful delivery of the project in line with agreed project outcomes and milestones.
Your skills and Qualifications:
Qualifications
- A degree qualification in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or relevant combination of qualifications and training.
Program Delivery: Experience in providing a range of client services, operational coordination and support within a related or similar sector. Proven ability to support the delivery of results in line with program timelines, budget, and meeting program KPIs.
Clients and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to identify and balance a range of complex and competing needs and identifies and builds mutually beneficial partnerships
Relationship Building: Establishes and maintains useful relationships with people at all levels across business areas, functions and organisations. Promotes harmony and consensus through diplomatic handling of disagreements and builds trust through consistent actions, values and communication.
Initiative and Accountability: Proactive and self-starting, seizes opportunities and acts on them taking responsibility for own actions.
