We're looking for a HSE Administrator to join our Henderson Fabrication team. If you're passionate about safety initiatives and ensuring smooth administrative processes, join our dedicated safety team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get a kickstart to their HSE career.
The Role Accurate and timely data entry into Civmec HSE management system Develop and issue pre-start minutes, tool box minutes and other HSE communications Maintain site registers Compile and issue reports to HSE team including Project Manager Update HSE noticeboards for currency Maintain 100% compliance for document storage and within registers Meeting minutes created and distributed within a 24hour period Incident reports entered accurately in ‘InControl’ within 24hours Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed About You
