£11.50 per hour (PAYE)
35 hours per week, Mon-Fri
3 months temporary, with possibility of extensions or permanent placements
Hybrid working role (2-3 days in the office per week)
The Role
Working in a busy call centre, within a friendly and professional team supporting members with retirement cases.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing case work for retirement and transfer applications by client members.
* Taking calls from members.
* Answering general enquiries.
* Updating system records accordingly.
Minimum Criteria & Skills
* Able to work to a high level of accuracy.
* Able to work well under pressure and meet targets.
* Interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication.
* Computer literate.
* Excellent customer service skills and a positive, customer focused attitude.
