About Ernest Henry

About the role

Reporting to the Supervisor Travel and Accommodation, you will play a crucial role in the Travel and Accommodation Department, ensuring efficient travel and accommodation management for our workforce. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring day-to-day travel and accommodation requirements, including booking commercial flights, managing charter flights, and creating flight manifests
• Coordinating road transportation, including pool cars, bus movements, and hire cars
• Liaising with Facilities Management regarding village accommodation and cleaning schedules
• Overseeing travel and accommodation arrangements for maintenance shutdowns
• Assisting with end-of-month reporting and corporate credit card reconciliation
• Demonstrating flexibility based on flight scheduling requirements, public holidays, and maintenance shutdowns
• Lifestyle friendly 5/2 - 4/3 roster living residential in Cloncurry with a local living allowance
• Eligible for the quarterly bonus

About you

You possess proficiency using MS Office (particularly Outlook and Excel) and whilst it would be advantageous to have previous experience using travel software (InFlight, InTuition, InControl, FCM or similar), it is not essential. With excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills, you have the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain high standards in your work are paramount.
