Roberts Nambucca Real Estate is seeking the perfect Male or Female to join the oldest and most respected Real Estate in the Valley, on a full-time basis. If you are young just out of school, have been in the workforce for years or somewhere in between, this is an opportunity for you!!. Our office is willing to train any applicant from scratch and help them achieve their real estate goals. 

A Certificate of Registration or License would be an advantage, but not a necessity. If no Real Estate qualification are held by the applicant, they must be interested in learning all aspects of Real Estate and be willing to undergo continual study to achieve these requirements. 

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to be trained in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry, ranging from Property Management to Sales. 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, motivated, diligent, hardworking and have a willingness to achieve their real estate goals. You will join our staff of 5 that will train, support and encourage you in your career. The applicant will be working closely with the team and will also need to be able to work effectively on their own.

Tasks & Responsibilities 

• Daily banking & receipting
• Liaising with Landlord and Tenants
• Conflict resolutions
• Preparing & signings of Leases & Rental Agreements
• Property inspections
• Processing of Rental Applications
• Processing maintenance & liaising with Landlords, Tenants & Creditors
• Answering phones and general office duties
• Rental and Sales appraisals 

Qualifications & Experience

• Must have a high level of customer service and strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills required
• Certificate of Registration/License not a necessity, however, will need to be obtained.
• Must hold current NSW drivers license
• Must have a good personal presentation
• Work effectively, independently & as part of a team 
• Good sense of humour, you'll need it!
