Job description

About the role

  • Provide an effective and efficient general administrative support service for the Specialist Children's Oral Health Services (COHS) thus contributing to the provision of quality patient services and care.
  • Provide assistance with employee rostering and leave management coordination and daily reallocation of unplanned leave. Undertake Payroll Audits to ensure leave takings and attendance accuracies in line with policy.
  • Provide timely, accurate and high standards of administrative support to oral health leaders within the various service lines of Metro North Oral Health Services (MNOHS).
  • Ensure that appropriate payroll, rostering and leave information is provided to Line Manager(s).
  • Provide a high level of customer service, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience and a positive attitude.
  • Work effectively and efficiently as a team member within a multidisciplinary team in a changing environment and contribute to quality improvement activities.
