About the Role:
Are you passionate about shaping the future of students and supporting families in their educational journey? Join our team at St Andrew’s Anglican College as the Admissions Office Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-tier enrolment support to our community!
As the Admissions Office Administrator, you'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Community Development and the Head of Admissions, being their right-hand enrolment person. You'll be the friendly face and the first point of contact for prospective parents and guardians, helping them navigate the enrolment process and organising key events like Open Mornings and Information Evenings.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Admissions: Maintain an accurate database of prospective students and ensure efficient follow-up on inquiries.
- Data Management: Use Excel and other tools to generate reports that aid in enrolment analysis and strategy planning.
- Family Onboarding: Support the transition of new families into our community with warmth and professionalism.
- Enrolment Processes: Assist in managing inquiries, applications, and student records in line with our enrolment policy.
What You Bring:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively with a diverse community of students, parents, and staff.
- Organisational Prowess: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and college software systems like TASS and ENROLHQ.
- Interpersonal Skills: A knack for building relationships and navigating challenging situations with diplomacy.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in education admissions or a similar field.
- Current, valid Blue Card as required under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000.
