The steady growth in the Plexxcon and Plexxcon Remedial has brought about the need to bring on an Office Administrator on the Sunshine Coast. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic person who is eager progress their career and gain exposure to a variety of aspects of the construction industry.
About the role
- Assist project teams on multiple projects in the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane region
- Assist the onsite team with stock ordering
- Assist in the marketing of all business areas
- Scheduling of teams using relevant software
- General office administration such as stationery ordering
- Staff onboarding including IT setup
- Assist with updating projects in relevant software
- Work based in the office and on sites
- Excellent career progression
- Be at the forefront of helping to steer company growth
About you
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the construction industry and/or remedial works a bonus
- Current driver’s license
- Team player with a 'can do' attitude

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and with a range of different stakeholders
