About Us
At Melbourne Business School (MBS), our purpose is to unleash ideas and leaders for a sustainable future. The Opportunity
As a world-class provider of education, our students expect a world-class experience, and a key pillar in delivering this is the support and service we provide our prospective students/future learners. We now have a fantastic opportunity – 2 positions available - for you to bring that expertise to MBS, where you can have a positive impact on our prospective students’ careers and join a team of like-minded people committed to the same.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Manage admissions administrative tasks, including assessing applications, overseeing selection, communicating outcomes, generating invoices, processing acceptances – facilitating applications and offers through to enrolments.
• Respond promptly to applicant enquiries and provide highly personalized support throughout their decision-making and application process.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and ensure compliance with admissions policies, regulations and timeframes
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices, enhance service quality, and actively contribute to a team environment that fosters effective working relationships and continuous improvement.
About you
We would love to hear from you if you have admissions experience doing the above in either a University or TAFE environment and are looking to join a progressive employer who values customer service and student support as much as we do. You will be organised, comfortable with managing priorities and have a passion for delighting future learners with your skills in support and service. Furthermore, you will be a customer service connoisseur and someone who believes that the first contact with a student or customer is the foundation of the overall experience.
