Murray PHN is a part of the national network of Primary Health Networks across Australia. We work closely with the primary health system to identify opportunities to improve health outcomes in our community.
Murray PHN spans the northern Victoria area from Mildura to Woodend and eastward to Wodonga including Albury NSW. Servicing this area are offices and staff located in Albury (North East), Bendigo (Central Victoria), Mildura (North West) and Shepparton (Goulburn Valley) acknowledging that our region crosses many First Nation lands.
About the role:
Reporting directly to the Director People & Culture, this role will provide a broad range of administration and management of services to enable the People & Culture (P&C) team to deliver end to end P&C activities across Murray PHN.
Providing guidance and advice to all levels of the organisation, the successful incumbent will contribute to Murray PHN’s overall efficiency by assisting and, where relevant, leading the implementation of various P&C continuous improvement projects.
This role will be directly responsible for:
- Managing organisational wide recruitment, driving the entirely of the recruitment process, including but not limited to drafting advertisements and shortlisting of applicants and candidate management.
- Managing administration of HRIS, Employee and P&C documentation ensuring that all information is accessible and up to date.
- Providing support on key People and Culture learning and development projects deliverables and participate in the implementation and roll out of P&C special projects, initiatives, and programs.
To be successful in this position the incumbent will be able to demonstrate:
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Sound People & Culture generalist knowledge along with strong business acumen
- The ability to interpret and communicate principles and processes and coordinate appropriate training material for varied target audiences and a wide range of users
- Extensive administrative skills and an understanding of quality management business processes.
