Primary Purpose of the Position
The After Hours/Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the management of client bookings and requests, records management and staff inductions. This role acts as a first point of call for client requests and enquiries for the business units.
Duties:
- Managing compliances
- After hours rostering
- Rotating on-call weekend shifts
- Receiving and managing of booking/client requests
- Ensure client schedules are filled
- Answering calls and helping with service requests
- Triaging communication to the most appropriate team member
- Ensuring data, documents and notes into appropriate database
- Client contact
- Incident reporting
- CI raising
- Tracking hours/statistics
- Assist with recruitment and induction of new staff as required
- General administrative duties
- Other duties as directed by the company
- Strong rostering scheduling experience
- Sound computer and systems skills
- Customer service experience
