Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated After-Sales Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional post-purchase support, ensuring our customers' satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include handling after-sales inquiries, managing warranty claims, coordinating repairs and returns, and providing technical support to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for all after-sales service inquiries, including warranty claims, repairs, returns, and technical support.
- Efficiently process and monitor after-sales requests to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Liaise with the technical team to address and resolve product-related issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Develop strategies to improve the after-sales service process.
- Provide product usage and maintenance advice to customers.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and case details.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in after-sales support.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in the lighting industry or a closely related field.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Location:
Work may be conducted at either our Prahran showroom or the Bayswater showroom.
