After-Sales Service Coordinator - Lighting Company

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated After-Sales Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional post-purchase support, ensuring our customers' satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include handling after-sales inquiries, managing warranty claims, coordinating repairs and returns, and providing technical support to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for all after-sales service inquiries, including warranty claims, repairs, returns, and technical support.
• Efficiently process and monitor after-sales requests to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Liaise with the technical team to address and resolve product-related issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Develop strategies to improve the after-sales service process.
• Provide product usage and maintenance advice to customers.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and case details.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in after-sales support.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• High level of professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in the lighting industry or a closely related field.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Location:

Work may be conducted at either our Prahran showroom or the Bayswater showroom.
