The Opportunity
The Airport Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Airport Manager and Operations Managers at Sydney Airport location.
Ordering stationery and amenities for Sydney and raising purchase orders
Accurately code invoices
Attending meetings and minute taking when required
Organising catering when required
Ordering uniforms for employees and maintaining current stock
Providing administrative support to the Airport Manager, Operations Managers, Duty Managers
On boarding new employees to the location, including setting up training logins, site tour and updating staff records
Regularly providing assistance at Auckland during peak periods as required
Actively promote a positive working environment
Assisting employees with general queries and escalating to management if required
Responding to Medallia feedback, email and phone enquiries
Processing rollovers and fuel reconciliation
Maintain lost property and relevant records and post items back to the customer
Assisting with location daily reporting Other duties as required
Role Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative
Accounting/Business Administration experience and excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency across the Microsoft suite of products, particularly Excel
An ability to relate well with employees, customers, industry bodies and other stakeholders Speak and write fluently with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and simply
Desirable skills and experience:
Knowledge of vehicle life cycle management
Fleet Management /Rental/ OEM experience
