SKILLS REQUIRED
- You will be able to confidently and consistently provide first rate customer service.
- You will have excellent verbal and written "no geek speak" communication skills.
- A solid work ethic and drive to get the job done thoroughly and correctly.
- Well-developed troubleshooting skills.
- Broad network administration and/or support experience.
Experience in the following technologies (preferred, not essential)
- Windows Server (2008-2022)
- Server roles and services (DHCP, DNS, DFSR, AD, etc)
- MS Windows based workstations
- Hypervisor technologies - Hyper-v, Vmware
- Cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud and Office365/Azure
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Microsoft Exchange 2013 to 365.
- Network Devices (Routers, Switches, WAPs etc)
- Network Services
- Backup Technologies (Shadowprotect and Veeam)
- Connectwise and Labtech
- MSP tools
- Telephony - 3CX , Cisco and cloud hosted PBX
