About the RoleArcare is looking for a Full-time Administrative Assistant to support Arcare’s Allied Health and Funding teams. Working closely with team management, you will assist with the smooth operation by:
Assisting with recruitment and training
Employee roster management and leave
Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
Creating reports and presentations
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a similar position (desirable)
Advanced skills in all Microsoft programs especially Excel
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Proven track record with a strong work ethic
Reliable car and current Driver’s License as travel is required.
Experience in Aged Care industry (desirable not essential)
