Tasks include:
- Rostering of support staff
- Responding to client and support staff queries via phone, email and face to face
- Liaising with external stakeholders via phone and email
- Conducting client reviews (by phone)
- Maintaining client and staff databases and various registers
- Updating of the My Aged Care Service Provider portal with client information
Requirements:
- Experience working in the Commonwealth Home Support Program/aged care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well within a team environment
- A strong attention to detail
- Organisational skills, time management, problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Current National Criminal History Check
- COVID-19 vaccinations x 2
