Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our fun and passionate office team to assist in managing the day to day functions and providing administrative support. Working closely with the Administration Manager, we want you to enhance our business with your 'can do' attitude.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to further their experience in administration within a growing business that will provide the support required to be successful in your role, whilst being able to work with a level of autonomy. This position is on a full-time employment basis subject to satisfactory completion of a three month probationary period.
Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your duties will include.
- Management of incoming calls and the meeting & greeting of clients/visitors
- Assisting and reconciling accounts payable
- Assist with purchasing for jobs
- Assistance with the aspects of the day to day operation of the office
- Assistance to the various departments including purchasing etc.
- Provide support and leadership to all staff on our systems including training and HR systems
