Job description

Are you a strong communicator with a strategic, inquisitive and 'can do' mind set? Key activities will include managing and supporting large-scale engagement programs and campaigns to contribute to the continued growth and productivity of the team.
Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to increase alumni and supporter contribution through interaction with engagement campaigns and events. You will lead projects and monitor project development, delivery and execution.

  • Advanced skills using a CRM system, MS Office Suite, marketing automation and project management platforms
About us
This role sits within the Global Campaigns and Volunteers team. The team, in many respects, is the face of Alumni and Supporter Experience, responsible for driving mass and bespoke connections with the University's 420,000 alumni through domestic and international campaigns, and best-practice volunteering models. The team supports faculty-related event or programmatic requests.
The team supports our alumni connections via reunion activities, supports University wide initiatives such as the census, and develops experiential campaigns to engage our alumni on campus and via our digital channels.
The wider team is the Alumni and Supporter Experience team which engages with alumni and the broader community through a wide range of communications, events, community giving and engagement programs.

2. Cumberland Campus. Home to the Faculty of Health Sciences (based in Lidcombe).
3. Mallett Street Campus. Home of the Sydney Nursing School.
4. Sydney Conservatorium of Music Campus. In Macquarie Street, central Sydney.
5. Rozelle Campus. Home to Sydney College of the Arts.
6. Surry Hills Campus. Home to the Faculty of Dentistry.
7. Camden Campus. Contains facilities connected to the Faculty of Veterinary Science and the Faculty of Agriculture and Environment.
8. Burren Street Campus. Facilties are currently under development.
