Your new company
Hays is currently seeking multiple Customer Service Officers for 2-3 week assignments based in Brisbane's inner north. These vacancies are full-time positions working Monday to Friday. Training will commence from the 29th of February and 1st of March.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Officer you will:
- Provide excellent Customer Service while taking votes in a call centre. All calls must be treated with a high level of confidentiality and security.
- Provide feedback to the Supervisor on any issues, difficult customer experiences or technical problems.
- Demonstrate high level Customer Service skills, including active listening, attention to detail
- Act as a witness to team member, ensuring the colleagues are following the correct procedure
- Respond to enquiries with empathy and respect, providing each customer with a positive service experience.
- Adhere to scheduled roster and break times.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality agreement
What you'll need to succeed
Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key capabilities:
- Excellent phone and communication skills with a focus on a well-spoken and clear voice.
- You must have attention to detail.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Engage customers in a friendly manner building rapport and showing a genuine desire to assist them to vote.
- Work in a team environment contributes to a positive and welcoming team culture.
- You must demonstrate political neutrality.
- Willingness to undergo a police check
