Our State Government client is looking for an AO3 Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team on a temporary basis. Based in Brisbane's CBD, the role will be starting ASAP and be for an initial duration of 3 months with likely extension. Working 38 hours per week, the casual hourly rate of pay will be $46.84 plus super.
About the role:
Working within a team that manages Property and Leasing for the Government, you will be responsible for tracking and managing property debt/rent arrears. The role will require strong interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with internal clients to discuss financial commitments and resolve any issues. On the administrative side, you will have strong systems proficiency, including at least intermediate Excel skills, in order to maintain data integrity and provide reports on debt management status.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems easily.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
- The ability to work well within a team environment.
- Knowledge or interest in the Commercial Property/Leasing industry would be highly regarded.
