About the Role
You will be liaising with project teams, preparing tender documentation for release to market, assisting in evaluating tenders and providing analysis and advice with regard to key government policy and other requirements to enable contract award.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support tender management from procurement planning through to contract award, including administration, contract management, preparing procurement related correspondence, providing advice to stakeholders.
- Analysing data and trends from key result areas and measures to identify opportunities improve and enhance current program development and project delivery.
- Contributing to the development and monitoring of contract and supplier performance, evaluation and reporting strategies that focus on rewarding good performance.
- Well-developed skills, knowledge and understanding of government procurement and contract management policies and practices including ‘go to market’ and contract templates.
- You will be assessed on the experience, knowledge, skills and capabilities that you can bring to the role, along with your personal qualities and your potential for development Up to date vaccination against Covid-19
- Formal qualifications in procurement would be highly desirable.
