Lead hardware deployments: Execute flawless installations of our cutting-edge audio technology across diverse retail networks throughout APAC. This includes coordinating logistics, managing installation teams, and ensuring smooth integration with existing infrastructure. You'll be responsible for ensuring solutions seamlessly enhance the in-store environment, fostering a positive customer experience from the get-go.
Mastermind projects: Orchestrate complex initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. This role requires exceptional project management skills, including the ability to break down complex projects into manageable tasks, delegate effectively, and track progress meticulously. You'll be the conductor of your own project orchestra, ensuring all elements come together harmoniously.
Champion customer success: Compose a best-in-class support model and translate customer insights into actionable improvements. You'll be the voice of Qsic for their valued clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care. This involves developing and overseeing a world-class support model, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing continuous improvements to our services.

Are you a:
Results-oriented leader with 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment?
Technical rockstar with a strong understanding of audio, networking, POS, or related infrastructure, who thrives on challenges and embraces innovation?
Customer service champion with a proven track record of exceeding expectations and building strong relationships?
Communication maestro with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering collaboration across diverse teams and external stakeholders?
