We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Specialist to join our team to provide training and clinical support in the use of Varian treatment planning products to new and existing customers both onsite and remotely.
Varian Australasia’s office is in Macquarie Park. This position works from home, with travel to customer sites across Australia and New Zealand. We are considering candidates based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and surrounding areas.
What do we need you to do?
- Provide applications training, clinical expertise & customer support
- Develop our new and existing customers' understanding of Varian product capabilities
- Continual learning of Varian product developments and features
- Support our Sales Team with tenders and product demonstrations
- Use your knowledge to help customers implement new technology and work processes
- Collaborate with other Varian team members and teams across ANZ and globally
- Foster relationships with customers performing research and development
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Radiation Therapy
- Strong treatment planning experience in a clinical environment
- Solid presentation skills and understanding of training principles
- Experience with patient management, treatment planning and software (Varian specific experience highly advantageous)
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a clinical environment
- Exceptional consulting skills to support customers adapting workflows
- Strong collaboration skills and committed to supporting the objectives of the business
- Flexibility to travel interstate and occasionally overseas
