We are pleased to say our last two apprentices have just completed their trade are are ready to explore what's next, so we are looking for the next star to join our team.
You will be trained under the expertise of Giuseppe Di Bella, an international chef who gained his experience working at a Michelin Star Restaurant under the guidance of Marco Pierre White. You'll embark on a diverse culinary adventure; from crafting woodfired pizzas that warm the soul to creating exquisite pastries, desserts, and signature mains that tantalise the taste buds.
