In this role, you'll:

You will support the management of programs and projects as you collaborate closely with key stakeholders to provide high-level, efficient Program Support. You will be involved in monitoring the performance of projects and programs and working with key stakeholders to ensure projects remain on tracking with meeting community expectations. 

You will be responsible for the administration of programs including processing and verification of financial information, providing data support and assisting with the implementation of new initiatives.

About you

You will have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and with stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for Transport for NSW and its customers.  This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong financial and system background who can manage time and outcomes to provide relevant and timely information.

You will also have
•  Extensive experience in financial administration, along with being able to generate financial reports.  
•  Ability to be able to prioritise and manage your workload while focusing on detail. 
•  Extensive experience using MS Office. SAP experience is highly desirable.

This is a 6 Month Temporary Opportunity based in Parkes. The salary for this position is Transport Grade 4 ($80,465 - $ 88,509) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
