As the Human Resource Policy Officer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various activities as part of the Enterprise Agreement project.
Leading the update of Human Resources (HR) policies, you will conduct extensive consultations with both internal and external stakeholders.
The fast-paced and interesting nature of the work will grant you valuable insights into public sector bargaining policy and national employment laws.

Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting Internal Documents: Prepare internal minutes and materials crucial for supporting senior executive decision-making on matters related to bargaining and HR
- Communication Material Development: Take charge of developing communication materials addressing inquiries about the new Enterprise Agreement, HR policies and other related matters
- Liaison and Alignment: Collaborate with various corporate teams and the Service Delivery Office, ensuring seamless alignment
- Policy Development Contribution: Play a key role in the development of new or revised HR policies and procedures. Conduct comprehensive research, consult with key stakeholders, and actively participate in discussions
- Documentation for Regulatory Submission: Take the lead in preparing documentation for submission to the Fair Work Commission

Salary / Rate- $100K – $128K per year plus 15.4% super
- Baseline clearance preferred
- 5 – 6 month non-ongoing with options to extend
