Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily compliance with all operating procedures. Oversee operations and implement management.
- Execute Franchisor-approved marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Build relationships with local stakeholders to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- This is not a typical salary-based position. You will be fully supported to grow the local business, and you will be compensated based on the product's profitability
- Adopt and execute operational procedures of Keding Enterprises.
- Formulate regular reports to the franchisor on performance indicators and metrics set.
Qualifications & experience:- It would help if you had an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to start your own business or team.
- Require online Training/Meetings twice a month and 2 weeks of training in Taiwan (optional)
- Experience in sales and business development is a must!
- Plus: Experience in interior decoration, real estate sales, or woodworking construction. Alternatively, you may know professionals in the industries above for consultation or collaboration.
