Job Description – Client Alliance Manager

We are now seeking to add an experienced Client Alliance Manager to join our  team based in Ellenbrook, Perth. You'll not only have the opportunity to help transform the lives of those we assist but do so with your own too! 

What is a Client Alliance Manager? No, it is not a Business Development Manager with a fancy title for a spurious point of difference! Integral to our next phase of growth including new premises, introduction of innovative therapeutic services and overall demand for our services we have an exciting new role with a unique but purposeful twist! 

Job Role and Summary:

The Support Office function is fundamentally focused on supporting our therapists to do what they do; deliver exceptional therapeutic supports.

We do this by leading and managing our three key stakeholders experience, who are:

  1. Our therapists
  2. Our participants/clients
  3. Our referrers / network 

Whilst day to day your activities will be focused largely on building and maintain our referral network we believe it can, and is only successful with the end user in mind; our people, clients and therapists.

Reporting directly to the Directors and in collaboration with our administration team you will play a crucial role in raising our brand awareness, developing purposeful and meaningful relationships to Aspire & Grow whilst providing a conduit of information and creativity of how we can continue to improve. 

You will need to be a leader within your own field, a self-starter with strong communication skills both socially and professionally. In addition, you’ll be motivated by the opportunity to apply your creative and entrepreneurial spirit to create new business and/or business processes, including social media & marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Collaborate with support teams to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within the diverse service portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Directors & Support Office Team to develop strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on client engagement, operational performance, and business development efforts.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
  • Provide guidance to staff, ensuring they deliver services in line with organizational values and objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years’ Management experience within the NDIS
  • Demonstrated business acumen and experience in scaling segment of a business in line with a strategic plan in a competitive environment.
  • Established network within the disabilities industry and Aged Care sector or related agencies
  • A sound understanding of service delivery in the disability and Aged Care sector, legislative requirements, and the key issues involved in operating as an NDIS service provider is essential.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly developed organisation, time management skills exceptional written and verbal communication skills to confidently lead a team
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Current drivers license
  • Working with children check
  • NDIS Worker Screening check
  • Rights to work in Australia
