Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team in Bibra Lake. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and effective sales techniques. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of the company while delivering exceptional value to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic Business Development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive business growth and customer satisfaction by collaborating with clients through frequent monthly site visits and open communications.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wear systems market, including prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or account management, preferably within the mining sector.
- Strong understanding of wear systems solutions and their applications across various industries (ideal).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives to completion.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
