About theRole
The Business Partner WorkforceManagement delivers expert advice and high level support to siteleaders, assessing policy, procedures and systems to identifyrequirements, issues and risks to improve people outcomes andservice delivery in line with workforce planningstrategies.
The Business Partner is accountableand responsible for the recruitment and deployment of leadership,teaching and ancillary staff within their allocated portfolios.
The Business Partner contributesto the development and implementation of key P&C policyinitiatives and will draw on their expertise to apply relevantgovernment policies, procedures and legislation.
The incumbent will support thedevelopment of policies and processes relating to theimplementation of the Education Act, new upcoming EnterpriseAgreement and implementation of various system strategies whichwill involve elements of coordinating, formulating, monitoring andevaluating within broad parameters.

Qualifications
Desirable a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development or Business Management.
SpecialConditions
The successful applicant isrequired to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working withchildren check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required tobe renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will berequired to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm,Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass)extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will berequired to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary andbenefits package, as well as opportunities for professionaldevelopment and career advancement.
ASO7 $106,512 - 115,137 per annum(1.0 FTE), plus superannuation.
