Asset Manager / Contract Manager (Assets & Facilities)

We are looking for an experienced Asset Management Senior consultant / Contract Manager with experience in leading and project managing asset management, asset audit and asset database management contracts. 

• $120k - $140k salary package 
• Melbourne base / Flexible working arrangement
• Diverse client base and projects in commercial, industrial, aged care, education, utilities, transport, government agencies and NFP sectors

Ideally you’ll have 

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Management / Asset Management industry, in particular building-related and facilities assets. 
• Experience in strategic asset management planning, asset lifecycle planning and modelling for buildings and facilities assets, asset condition assessment, maintenance program planning, 
• Experience in end-to-end client project delivery and contract delivery management (including budgeting, reporting, risk management, quality assurance, program scheduling etc.) - in a client facing role
• Ability to travel to client location as required
