• Utilising your time management skills when it comes to planning for asset management, assessments and maintenance. 
• Effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Being proactive when utilising data collection in regard to the asset's conditions and any potential risks.
• Maintaining records, contracts and other administrative functions.

Things You’ll Do:

• We have two separate positions available: Asset Officer Buildings and Asset Officer Transport
• Ensure a high level of customer service ensuring requests are responded to within an appropriate timeframe.
• Implement solutions to address community, environmental or service concerns.
• Preparation through to administration of grant applications and claiming.
• Asset support including site investigations and assessments, maintenance, instructions and administrative tasks.

The Fine Print:

• Package: $82,600 - $87,600 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation
• Hours of work: Permanent Full-Time opportunity (35 hours) with the option of a 19-day month.
