Role Overview:
As a qualified professional, you'll be focused on supporting small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting senior staff in acquiring new business, managing client relationships, and understanding their insurance needs. You'll be the main point of contact, preparing proposals, renewals, and other documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to provide outstanding service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Being the main communication point for SME clients, ensuring prompt responses.
- Assisting in SME policy administration, handling issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
- Maintaining accurate client and policy information and conducting market research.
- Supporting SME claims handling and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling administrative tasks.
- Cultivating positive relationships with clients, insurers, and team members.
- Collaborating with the team to address challenges and achieve goals.
- Staying updated on industry knowledge and seeking professional development opportunities.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Willingness to undergo training programs and gain qualifications provided by the business
