We are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Accountant to join our team.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Monitor and verify client claims in our dedicated platform.
- Process client claims efficiently in SAP.
- Analyse discrepancies in client payments.
- Prepare provision lists and monthly G/L account reconciliations.
- Handle processing of AR credit notes and provide monthly analysis of AR claims.
- Maintain vendor master data, including updating and verifying bank details.
- Manage fixed assets, including setup, purchases, depreciation, and disposal.
- Conduct quarterly fixed asset stock take and prepare related reports.
- Execute monthly fixed asset depreciation and generate detailed fixed asset lists.
- Process daily operation AP invoices and credit notes.
- Assist in annual budget preparation.
- Handle staff reimbursement claims promptly and accurately.
- Support in preparing monthly BAS reports.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and responsibility in tasks.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanour.
- Minimum 1-year full-time professional work experience in accounting preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.
