Description
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Process payroll transactions using CRM software.
- Manage receipting and invoicing processes accurately.
- Perform regular reconciliation of financial data and transactions.
- Proactively chase and manage debtors.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all financial transactions.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
The successful candidate will have:-
- Proficiency in MYOB or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working with a high volume of transactions.
- Experience in accounts receivable and debt collection is a plus.
- A clear understanding of financial reconciliation processes.
