AddressAssistant Accountant - Automotive Dealer Group - Central Coast, NSW
This role is ideally suited to someone who has finished their undergraduate course and is looking to get into the workforce, or someone who is fresh into the workforce after completing their undergraduate course. Key responsibilities of the role:
- Daily Bank statement processing (ensuring remittances and debit transactions are correct with corresponding paperwork) and balancing
- Daily Parts and Service banking
- Corporate credit card reconciliations (Visa and Amex)
- Vehicle bailments (floor plan)
- Many GL reconciliations – major part of this role
- Assisting with floorplan audits
- Assisting Company Accountant with other general duties
Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience in accounts administration (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail
- Accurate data entry / computer skills
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
