About the Company
Our client located in Castle Hill are Australian owned and operated. Their core business is in the distribution of medical and health consumables and they are well established their industry.
About the role You will be working within a friendly and knowledgeable team, with continuous support from management and the business owners. Your duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Provide higher level support to the Accounts Payable function
- Oversee and support Accounts Receivable
- Month end journals and Balance sheet reconciliations
- Full function Payroll using MYOB
- Responding to inquiries from both internal and external sources
- Continuous process improvement
- Ad-hoc projects as directed by the Management team
About you
To be successful for the role you will have the following:
- 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or qualification in Accounting or related field is highly regarded
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of accounting processes
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite
- Superior organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- High attention to detail
