Your Opportunity

As the ideal candidate, you will work as part of a close-knit team that maintains the day-to-day finance functions for our business across Australia, Singapore and Malaysia, including accounts payable / accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, data entry, payments and reporting. 

We are seeking a new team member looking to commit to a permanent part-time role working 3 days per week.

Your Responsibilities

• Accounts payable / accounts receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Invoice and purchase order processing
• Accruals and prepayments
• Supporting the senior accountant with audit preparation
• Collaborating with teams on various accounting projects
• Ad hoc office administration

Your Qualities

• Experience using SAP
• Relevant finance experience with a similar B2C retailer
• You exhibit an exemplary level of attention to detail 
• You have a proven track record of managing time against multiple deadlines
• You show great finesse in maintaining accounting systems and rigour in database management
• You are a purposeful and agile learner
• 2 years accounts payable experience, preferably in a similar retail environment
• You have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting
• You are working towards your CA/CPA
• Experience working with entities in Singapore and Malaysia is highly desirable
