The Role
Join this growing team permanently as an Assistant Accountant. Your role will include a mix of transactional and month-end support duties:
Processing supplier invoices
Cash receipting and banking
Bank reconciliations
Balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
Preparation of P&L’s
Performance benchmarking and reporting
You will be working in a medium sized finance team and report to a supportive Senior Manager.
Your Background
To be considered for this Assistant Accountant role you need to fulfil a majority of the following criteria:
Degree qualified and plans to start or already be studying towards a CA/CPA qualification
Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years in a similar Assistant Accountant or Accounts Clerk / Officer role
Prepared to travel to Moore Park
Hold permanent working rights in Australia
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with all levels of the business
