We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to support our finance team on a full-time basis.

The role will be responsible for processing invoices, payments, bank and credit card reconciliations, expense tracking in addition to running ad-hoc reports and supporting the team.
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Data entry, allocation and reconciliation of supplier invoices
Managing regular freelancer payments
Creation and execution of payment runs
Responding to external payment enquiries
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Staff timesheet management
Fixed Assets and Prepayments
Month End close for AP
Expense Tracking
Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and process improvements
To be successful in the role, you will need:
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar finance support role
To be financially astute with strong attention to detail
To be highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
Excellent time management skills and be highly organised
Experience with agency finance systems such as Workbook, Pegasus or BCC platforms, but not essential
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
An interest in working within a creative and fast paced environment.
