Assistant Accounts Internship

About Role : 

As an Assistant Accountant Intern, you will work closely with our senior accountant to learn bookkeeping and accounting. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, Lodgeit, Nowinfinity, FYI, XPM and many more, as well as learn about business procedures and reporting tasks. This internship will also help you build a strong personality for business development, leading your career in the accounting and Taxation stream. Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in three different languages English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Answering Call 
2. Clients, Team, and ATO Communication 
3. Dealing with ATO. 
4. Data Entry and BookKeeping 
5. Account Receivable and Payable.
6. Simple business structure setup. 
7. Drafting and Preparing ITR, CTR, and TTR.
8. Assisting the Senior Accountant with reporting tasks

Requirements:

1. Undergraduate student, Post-graduate student, or recent graduate in Accounting or Finance
2. Attention to detail with high accuracy
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn
5. Ability to work in a team environment

Few more things need to know about this position:

1. 3 months position
2. International student visa holders are also eligible to apply for this position.
3. You will get a reference after the successful completion of the practical work experience.

After the 3-month contract, there is a high possibility of transitioning into a part-time or full-time role depending on your performance and vacancy availability.
