Your New Role
This role will be responsible for the provision of secretariat services for Management Committees, helping co-ordinate and improve Company Secretariat processes and assisting the Company Secretariat to provide advice and support on secretariat matters across the Fund.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of timely papers, minutes, matters arising and agendas for Management Committees.
- Provide proactive advice and support on secretariat issues and related policies.
- Drive improvements in Company Secretariat processes, including developing updated precedents and templates.
- Review Committee papers, including ensuring compliance with Committee Charters.
- Assist with responses to regulatory notices and requests.
- Assist with the preparation of agendas and work programs for Board, Executive and Management Committees to ensure all key activities are completed during the year.
- Assist with planning training and development opportunities for Directors and Committee members.
- Assist with the maintenance of internal registers.
What you'll need
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of the legal duties and role of a Company Secretary.
- Ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities and operate independently.
