Reporting to the General Manager Legal and Company Secretary, you will assist with company secretarial duties including:
- assisting with preparing Board and committee materials;
- preparing and lodging forms and reports to ASX, ASIC and other regulators;
- preparing Company Secretary report; assisting with the annual report and Board policies; assisting with General Meetings;
- maintaining company registers for listed and subsidiary entities; and
- liaising with auditors, other stakeholders and senior management.
You will come to the role with experience in a company secretarial or governance role, a strong knowledge of the ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act, the ability to problem solve and have strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
